This notice explains how LeadVetted handles customer account data and the public business information used to provide lead intelligence.
1. Who is responsible for your data
LeadVetted is operated by TLCONSULTANCY LIMITED, trading as LeadVetted, company number 09507999, registered at 22 Claudius Road, North Hykeham, Lincoln, England, LN6 9PH. Privacy questions, objections and deletion requests can be sent to hello@leadvetted.com.
2. What we collect
We collect account and organisation details, sign-in and security records, organisation profiles, search queries, usage and credit records, saved leads, notes, assignments, feedback, suppression entries, connected-CRM settings, billing identifiers and support communications. Search results can contain public company details, business contact routes, professional-role information and the source evidence used to assess a lead.
3. Why we use it
To create and secure accounts, provide searches, save leads, manage teams and deliver requested integrations.
To administer allowances, billing, support, service reliability, fraud prevention and security.
To improve result quality and investigate reported errors without selling customer workspace data.
To meet legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Depending on the activity, our legal bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where the law requires it.
4. Public lead data and customer responsibility
LeadVetted searches public business sources such as official websites, public registers, tenders, job notices, reputable directories, news and public professional pages. It excludes guessed contact details and broker-only personal data. Customers decide which leads to save, reveal, export or contact and remain responsible for having a lawful basis and following marketing rules in every relevant country.
5. Service providers and transfers
We use vetted providers for hosting, authentication, assisted search, payments and customer-requested CRM transfers. Providers receive only the information needed for their role and are subject to contractual and security safeguards. Some processing may take place outside the United Kingdom using an applicable lawful transfer mechanism. A current processor list is available from our privacy contact.
6. Retention
Search history is retained for up to 30 days and saved leads for up to 180 days unless removed sooner. Account, billing, security, suppression and legal records may be kept longer where needed to provide the service, honour an objection, prevent abuse or meet legal and accounting duties. Provider search requests are configured not to retain generated search content for model training.
7. Your choices and rights
You can delete individual leads or your workspace data from the product. Depending on the law that applies, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Cookies and security
LeadVetted uses essential session and security technologies needed to sign you in, remember your privacy choice and protect the service. These are necessary for the service you request.
If you choose “Allow analytics”, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits and product interactions such as scrolling and outbound-link clicks. This optional measurement may place first-party analytics cookies on your device and send usage information, device and browser details, approximate location and the page address to Google. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising or personalisation, and we do not intentionally send names, email addresses, search text or saved-lead content to it.
You can allow, refuse or withdraw analytics at any time using . Withdrawing consent stops new analytics collection and LeadVetted will attempt to remove its Google Analytics cookies from this browser. Google explains how it handles information from sites that use its services in its partner-sites privacy information. We do not use advertising cookies.
We apply access controls, encryption in transit, account isolation and monitored usage limits, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes and contact
We will update this notice when the service, providers or legal requirements materially change. Important changes will be shown in the product or sent to the registered account email. Contact hello@leadvetted.com with any question.

Terms of Service
These terms govern paid business subscriptions to LeadVetted. They form the agreement between the subscribing organisation and TLCONSULTANCY LIMITED.
1. About LeadVetted
LeadVetted is operated by TLCONSULTANCY LIMITED, trading as LeadVetted, company number 09507999, registered at 22 Claudius Road, North Hykeham, Lincoln, England, LN6 9PH. Contact us at hello@leadvetted.com.
2. Business use and accounts
The service is for business and professional use. You must have authority to act for the organisation you register, provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. Accounts and allowances may not be resold or shared outside the registered organisation.
3. What the service provides
LeadVetted helps customers discover, assess, save, assign and export potential business leads using current public evidence. Search results are research assistance, not a guarantee that information is complete, current, lawful for every intended use or commercially suitable. You must review the evidence and verify important details before acting.
4. Plans and monthly allowances
Solo has a base price of £49 per month and includes one seat, 30 searches and 60 contact reveals per month. Team has a base price of £149 per month and includes five seats, 150 searches and 300 contact reveals per month. Business has a base price of £399 per month and includes 25 seats, 500 searches and 1,500 contact reveals per month. Where Stripe offers local-currency pricing, the exact recurring amount and currency displayed in secure checkout become the subscription price accepted by the customer. Any applicable tax is shown before payment.
A completed search uses one search allowance, including a valid zero-result search. Opening protected contact details uses one reveal credit. A technical failure should restore the affected allowance automatically. Allowances reset at the start of each calendar month, do not roll over and have no cash value.
5. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your search criteria, saved data, exports, CRM transfers and outreach. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable privacy and marketing law, honour objections and suppression requests, and avoid treating a public contact detail as automatic permission to market.
6. Integrations and third-party services
If you connect a CRM or other third-party service, you authorise the requested transfer and remain responsible for the receiving account. Third-party services have their own terms and availability. LeadVetted is not responsible for changes or failures within a third-party service outside its control.
7. Billing, renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each month until cancelled. The selected plan, amount and any applicable tax are shown in secure checkout before you confirm payment. By confirming payment, you authorise recurring monthly charges using the payment method provided.
The account owner can cancel through the billing portal or by contacting hello@leadvetted.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until then. Except where required by law or where there is a duplicate or incorrect charge caused by us, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds for an unused part of a billing period.
If payment fails, we may retry the payment and restrict paid access while the account is overdue. Plan changes use the price and allowances shown before confirmation. We will give reasonable advance notice of a price change that would apply at a future renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or withdraw features to protect customers, comply with law, address security or improve quality. We will give reasonable notice of a material adverse change where practical.
9. Suspension and ending access
We may restrict or end access for material breach, unlawful or abusive use, security risk, non-payment, or conduct that threatens the service or others. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve a remediable issue. You may cancel the subscription and request workspace deletion at any time.
10. Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings. LeadVetted's total aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees paid by the customer in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.

Acceptable Use Policy
Use LeadVetted to research relevant business opportunities responsibly. Do not use it to harm, discriminate, deceive or bypass another person’s rights.
Permitted use
You may search public business information, evaluate evidence, save suitable leads, collaborate with authorised team members, export permitted records and transfer selected leads to a connected CRM for lawful business development.
Prohibited use
Searching for or targeting people using sensitive traits such as ethnicity, religion, health, disability, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade-union membership, genetics or biometrics.
Harassment, stalking, discrimination, fraud, impersonation, phishing, unlawful surveillance or any illegal marketing activity.
Bulk harvesting, automated outreach, spam, bought lists, guessed contact details or attempts to circumvent robots, access controls, source restrictions or opt-outs.
Bypassing account, seat, credit, reveal or rate limits; sharing access outside your organisation; probing security; reverse engineering; or disrupting the service.
Uploading malware, confidential information you lack permission to use, or data that infringes privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.
Presenting a LeadVetted score or result as a guarantee, official certification, credit decision or basis for a high-impact decision about an individual.
Responsible outreach
Confirm the organisation’s legal form and the intended channel before contact. Identify yourself, explain the business reason for the message, provide a working opt-out route and stop when someone objects. Sole traders and ordinary partnerships may require consent or another specific permission for electronic marketing.
Enforcement and reporting
We may block a search, remove data, restore or withhold credits after investigation, suspend access or report unlawful activity where reasonably necessary. Report suspected misuse or a data concern to hello@leadvetted.com.

Before contacting a lead
Your compliance checklist
Confirm that the recipient is a company or other corporate subscriber before using the approved email channel.
If the recipient is a sole trader, ordinary partnership or the business type is uncertain, do not email without valid consent or a documented soft opt-in.
Identify your organisation, explain the public source category and include a monitored address as a clear opt-out route in every message.
Stop direct marketing when someone objects and screen future contacts against the minimum suppression record needed to honour that choice.
Recheck that the contact route is still public, accurate and intended for business use.
Approved scope: low-volume, targeted email to verified corporate subscribers under the documented legitimate-interests assessment. This approval does not cover bulk messaging, automated outreach or individual subscribers.
